The City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has decided to take a series of measures with respect to the payment of the municipal taxes (IBI, rubbish and shoot), after the entry into force of the alarm state, the last 14 of march, and with an economic paralysis that has led many companies to be required to implement ERTEs.
The mayor, Patricia Hernandez, has announced this Monday that as the main novelty the delay in the start of the campaign of the payment of taxes. Finally start in June and not in may as had been happening in the last few years. In addition, the term of payment of the municipal taxes is extended to four monthsup to the month of October.
The City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife also offers for those who wish to do so, to request the splitting of the payments for six months (until 31 December) and there will be a discount of 3% for domicialicen the payment for the first time.
