Samsung has added a television especially for outdoor use to the range this week. The South Korean manufacturer comes with “The Terrace”, which is a large QLED television that comes with an IP55 rating.

The Terrace is a television especially for the terrace or in the garden and comes in sizes of 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch. Thanks to the IP55 rating, the TV can withstand water and dust, and the remote control and optional soundbar can withstand the weather. Thanks to LED backlighting with local dimming, an anti-reflection coating and 2000 nits of brightness, you should also be able to watch TV comfortably with incident light.
In terms of smart features, the TV comes with everything you’d expect from a QLED TV, including the Tizen smart TV platform with access to popular services like Netflix, and Disney +. AirPlay 2 for streaming video or audio is also available. You can connect an optional soundbar for better audio reproduction.
For the time being, The Terrace will only be released in the US and Canada at prices from $ 3,500 to $ 6,500. TV should also come to Europe later this year.
