JawaPos.com – Samsung confirmed that it will launch a flagship phone in February, although it did not mention the name, the phone is expected to be the Galaxy S22.
“We’re going to introduce you to all of the most worthy S-series devices we’ve ever created,” said President and Head of MX Business, Samsung Electronics, TM Roh, in an official statement, quoted Saturday (22/1).
TM Roh indicates that the rumors circulating will come true, that the Galaxy S22 series will be a combination of the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.
In the caption, he called “never forget” the Galaxy Note and the phone to be launched next month “a blend of the leading experiences of the Samsung Galaxy line of devices”.
Samsung also mentions the word “Ultra” in the description, as if it is a hint for the model of the phone they will launch later. The news circulating recently said that the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be similar to the Galaxy Note series, especially in terms of the design of the phone body.
The Galaxy S22 is rumored to have a special slot for storing the S Pen stylus, just like the Galaxy Note. Samsung did not launch the Galaxy Note series in 2021. This series has been around since 2011, combining the design of a phone with a tablet with the hallmark of the S Pen stylus.
