Samsung Donates 200 Galaxy A01 Core Units for SLB in Babylon

A survey by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia stated that% of students do not have digital devices for learning and 38.9% do not have an adequate internet network.

Aware of this problem, Samsung Electronics Indonesia handed over 200 units of Samsung Galaxy A01 Core complete with SIM cards to 200 orphaned students from SMA, SMK, Madrasah Aliyah, and SLB in Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Ennita Pramono, Head of Corporate Citizenship at Samsung Electronics Indonesia, said that the initiative to supply 200 units of the Samsung Galaxy A01 Core is expected to provide opportunities for students.

“Especially for students who are less fortunate so that they can achieve their goals and have a better future,” he said.


Why should the Galaxy A01 Core? According to Ennita, apart from the Android Go operating system which can save data, the phone’s features are quite capable with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.

The Regional Secretary of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Naziarto appreciated Samsung’s move.
