As part of a land valuation / sale, Nexity, associated with Keyden, acquires 10,500 m of land from CAF des Yvelines2 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The objective of the mission is to transform the whole into a future residential program of 6,500 m2 100 housing units, 67% of which will be for free and 33% reserved for social.
Located in a residential and green environment in the Schnapper district, the future complex is close to transport (RER A, Line J and Tram T13 Express), and will also allow you to reach the historic heart of the city on foot. The apartments will offer top-of-the-range services, for areas ranging from studios to five-room duplexes, from 38 to 85 m2. Delivery of the project is scheduled for April 2023.
