Sadyr Japarov: Until 2026 more than 50,000 citizens will be provided with affordable housing – Vesti.kg

He noted that all efforts will be shown by deeds, not words.

Under the program “Menin Uyum – 2021-2026” (“My Home”) throughout Kyrgyzstan until 2026, more than 50 thousand citizens will be provided with affordable housing. President Sadyr Japarov wrote about this on Facebook.

He spoke in detail about the ongoing work on the construction of schools and public housing.

“As they say, in a country where schools are not built, the number of prisons is increasing. Last year, 42 educational institutions were built and 11 were renovated. This year, it is planned to build a total of 204 schools, of which approximately 100 will be completed by the end of the year,” the head of state said.

Speaking about prisons, he recalled that last year colony No. 47 was transferred from Bishkek to the village of Moldovanovka.

“A microdistrict is being built in its place. God willing, the object will be completed in 1.5 years. More than 5,500 people will have the opportunity to purchase housing through the State Mortgage Company (SMC) for 20 years,” said Sadyr Japarov.

In addition, he said that they are now actively building multi-apartment residential buildings in Naryn, Talas and Jalal-Abad regions.

“They are also developing similar projects for other regions, districts and cities. We will also issue them to citizens standing in line for housing through the SEC. And it does not matter whether it is a civil servant, a migrant or an ordinary entrepreneur.

In general, by 2026, as part of the Menin Uyum 2021-2026 program, we intend to provide housing for more than 50,000 of our citizens.

In the coming years, we plan to move SIZO-1 in Bishkek outside the city. In its place, we will also build a microdistrict. We will show all our efforts with deeds, not words,” the president said.
