Rashaid Todman was arrested and charged with attempting to rape two women in the same night in The Bronx (NYC).
Todman, 37, faces charges of attempted rape, sexual abuse and three counts of forceful touching, according to police.
The suspect attempted to rape two women in the Bronx on Saturday. It was also linked to a third incident after a woman reported it. Monday, New York Police Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison said. “This perpetrator definitely has some issues that need to be addressed.”
According to authorities, Todman groped a 29-year-old woman inside a building near Morris Avenue and East 177th Street around 6 p.m. Saturday and fled when the woman resisted.
Less than an hour later, a few blocks away, The man approached a 39-year-old woman from behind, near Morris Avenue and East 174th Street. He forced her to the ground, pulled her pants down and tried to sexually assault her. But he fled when she defended herself.
