Sabine murder case: police arrest second suspect after 27 years | Regional

Würzburg – Another successful investigation into the murder case Sabine P. (13). A man (44) was only caught last week, now the alleged accomplice seems to have been found!

More than 27 years after the violent crime against the 13-year-old in Lower Franconia, the investigators arrested a 55-year-old. According to the prosecutor, the accused had already been the focus of the investigation. According to “Main-Post”, the 55-year-old is said to have been there when the body was found.

The 13-year-old was last seen on December 15, 1993 at an emigrant farm in the Karlstadt district of Wiesenfeld (Main-Spessart district). There, investigators found the body in a slurry pit under a concrete cover.

The girl was killed by massive violence. An initially suspect 15-year-old was acquitted after a trial.

The younger of the two now suspects has been in custody since last week on suspicion of murder. A detailed DNA report is expected over the next few weeks. The Würzburg Criminal Police Office has set up an investigative commission and is looking for evidence of witnesses.
