Against the 35-year-old accused is now investigating Public Prosecutor Dresden and the State Criminal Police Office Saxony, as it is called in a corresponding press release.
The man was therefore liable to prosecution for suspected robbery and bodily harm as well as for insulting.
On the afternoon of June 5, at around 4 p.m., he got into a ticket inspection while traveling on the S1 S-Bahn line from Heidenau to Dresden.
It is said to have been fisted shortly before the Niedersedlitz stop.
The train attendant then wanted to call in reinforcements from the federal police.
However, according to reports, the accused got him beforehand by jumping up from his seat and choking the crew member into the seat cushions with both hands. Subsequently, he is said to have knocked the service phone out of his hand and took it.
The train attendant could probably prevent worse by using his pepper spray.

Second attack a few days later
Nevertheless, the man no longer offered any resistance against the 35-year-old.
On June 13, there was another incident with the accused in the same line and at almost exactly the same time.
At around 3:55 p.m. he was again checked for a valid ticket by the railway staff.
This time too the man went nuts.
However, he left the train at the Heidenau-Süd stop.
When leaving the car, however, he spat in the face of the inspector and insulted him.
The man was subsequently searched for by calling a witness.
Unfortunately without success at first. By evaluating surveillance cameras, he finally got the officers online.
The accused is a man with German and Russian citizenship.
