Days ago, when Rutas de América was officially launched at the Ministry of Tourism, Montevideo did not appear on the tour and, according to what they said from the Fénix Cycling Club, that was because the commune had not wanted to join the test and pay an amount of $ 300,000, which is asked of each administration that wants the multicolored caravan to reach their department.

But in the last hours there was an agreement and the test will go through the capital, where the CC Fénix originates from and where the race has always passed in all its previous editions, both with starts and finishes.
