The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba called the greatest achievement in Russia’s aggression the sowing of panic and despondency among Ukrainians. The Foreign Minister added that Moscow must be forced to abandon these goals through diplomacy.

“Russia’s greatest achievement today will be sowing panic and despondency in Ukrainian society. And shaking us from within,” Kuleba said.
According to him, Russia primarily seeks to undermine the economy and financial system of Ukraine.
“We must make every effort to prevent Russia from achieving this goal, even without taking weapons out of our pockets,” the Foreign Minister added.
The minister stressed that all efforts of Ukraine and partners are aimed at ensuring that the situation remains stable and that the Ukrainian economy does not suffer from security problems.
