The Belgian Cats should normally have played 3 World Cup qualifiers in Washington between February 10 and 14, against Russia, Puerto Rico and the US.
But because the Russians are not welcome in the US, where the Russian vaccine is not recognized, the organization has had to adjust.
Russia immediately flies to the Dominican Republic where it plays against the Belgians on February 13 and against Puerto Rico a day later. The match against the US is not played.
That is possible because the Americans as Olympic champions are already qualified for the World Cup. There are 2 tickets left for the other 3 countries.
The Belgian Cats will therefore first fly as planned to the US, where they will play Puerto Rico on Thursday 10 February and meet the US a day later. They then travel to the Dominican Republic for the clash with Russia.
