On the evening of November 1, the Russian army fired on the Kharkov region, previously with rockets.
At 7:58 pm an air alert was announced in the region, at 8:08 pm observers reported that a rocket had taken off from the territory of the Belgorod region and a minute later another two. According to eyewitnesses, the first missile did not reach its target and remained in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Previously, at least one explosion exploded outside Kharkov.
