“You go to warm-up in the order of start numbers, stand on the center line towards the judges. You are highlighted and introduced. And after that the warm-up itself will take place. Its timing will start after it is officially announced. Therefore, do not worry that someone will not have enough time.
Second! I ask you to remember that Chelyabinsk is a powerful and large industrial center with a fairly large movement. Therefore, during evening competitions or training, approximately from half past four to seven, there may be traffic. See how long it takes you to get there and not wear your skates on the bus. How it was with us (laughter in the audience) ”.
Kogan also asked to carefully fill out the doping control documents, wear masks and not forget accreditation.
The next morning, the athletes continued training – Shcherbakova made a quadruple flip, and Maya Khromykh – a quadruple toe loop with rippons (both hands raised up).
