Russian Baptism Causes Noise Complaints in Telegrafbukta, Troms Police District Responds

Troms police district states at 00:40 on Saturday night that they have received a number of reports about noise and loud music from Telegrafbukta.

Naturally enough, perhaps many will say, as a Russian baptism was held there on Friday evening.
