Russian attacks
Tonight, the Russian invaders launched another missile and air strike on Ukraine, using 8 missiles, including 4 Iskander ground-based cruise missiles, and 35 Shahed-type Iranian attack UAVs at military facilities and critical infrastructure.
The forces and means of air defense of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with the air defense of other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, destroyed 2 cruise missiles and 20 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs.
In addition, the enemy launched 66 air strikes and made 39 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population, private houses and other civil and administrative infrastructure have been destroyed and damaged.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains very high in the future.
The situation on the front
The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on attempts to completely occupy the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. During the day, 28 combat clashes took place.
On Volyn and Polesye directions operational environment without significant changes.
On Seversky and Slobozhansky directions the enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Senkovka, Chernihiv region; Novovasilievka, Seredina-Buda, Chuikovka, Kharkivka, Sosnovka, Stepok, Popovka, Dmitrovka of the Sumy region, as well as Udy, Staritsa, Volchansk, Budarki, Nesternoye and Malaya Volchya in the Kharkov region.
On Kupyansk direction the enemy launched air strikes in the Kislovka and Kotlyarovka regions of the Kharkov region. Petro-Ivanovka, Novomlinsk, Zapadnoe, Masyutovka, Kislovka, Tabaevka in the Kharkiv region and Novoselovskoe in the Luhansk region were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
On Limansky direction during the day the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Belogorovka. Inflicted air strikes on the settlements of Nevskoye, Yampolovka, Zarechnoye, Lyman, Spirnoye, Veseleye, Razdolovka, Rai-Aleksandrovka of the Donetsk region. Nevsky, Belogorovka, Luhansk region and Yampolovka, Torskoe, Verkhnekamenskoe, Spirnoe, Rozdolovka, Donetsk region were subjected to artillery shelling.
On Bakhmut direction the enemy conducted offensive operations in the direction of Belaya Gora, but had no success. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Belaya Gora, Dilievka, Toretsk, New York, Donetsk region. The areas of the settlements of Vasyukovka, Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, Ivanovskoye, Belaya Gora, Druzhba, Toretsk, Zheleznoe, Northern Donetsk region suffered from enemy artillery shelling.
On Avdeevsky direction the enemy did not carry out offensive actions. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Avdeevka and Nevelskoye. Carried out artillery shelling of areas of settlements Avdeevka, Vodiane, Pervomayskoye, Karlovka, Donetsk region.
On Maryinsky direction our defenders repulsed all enemy attacks in the area of the city of Marinka. The enemy launched an air strike in the Krasnogorovka area. At the same time, he carried out artillery shelling in the areas of Ostrogo, Maksimilyanovka, Maryinka, Pobeda and Novomikhailovka in the Donetsk region.
On Mining direction the enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Prechistovka, Zolotaya Niva and Bolshaya Novoselka and fired at Ugledar in the Donetsk region.
On Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to conduct defensive operations. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of Novopavlovka, Gulyaipol and Orekhov in the Zaporozhye region. Carried out artillery shelling of more than 20 settlements. Among them: Vremovka, Novoselka, Novopol, Donetsk region; Olgovskoye, Malinovka, Gulyaipole, Zheleznodorozhnoye, Belogorye, Stepnoe and Kamenskoye of the Zaporozhye region; Zolotaya Balka, Sadovoe and the city of Kherson.
Emergencies
The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses, which he is trying to hide. So, in the temporarily captured Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, the invaders closed the territory in the western part of the city around the city morgue to the public. On the territory of the morgue itself, there was an accumulation of up to ten ambulances and several refrigerated vehicles. The movement of ambulances in the northern direction to the line of contact continues.
Losses of Russians
Aviation of the defense forces in a day delivered 15 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and two – on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems.
During the day, missile and artillery units hit two command posts, five areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, one artillery unit in a firing position, and four more important objects of the occupiers.
