Vladimir Putin today signed a decree on a simplified procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship for residents of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Ukraine. This is evidenced document signed by the President of the Russian Federation, published on the official portal of legal information.
The decree comes into force from the moment of its signing.
The document provides for a change in Decree No. 183, signed by Putin in April 2019.
