In the Nizhny Novgorod region in the town of Bor in the European part of Russia, an armed attacker fired on a bus with passengers and a bus stop, the police and the Investigative Committee informed. At least three people died. The perpetrator hid and has not yet been caught. His search continues.

Regional police structures have reported four fatalities, but the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said three people were killed by the bus. Three other people are injured and their injuries are rated as moderate.
