Danny’s age, hometown and drag career
Daniel Curtis aka Danny Beard grew up in Manchester, England. In 2016 he was a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent. Subsequently, he finished 4th in ITV’s Karaoke Club: Drag Edition in 2021. In his peak season of Drag Race UK, Danny won four Maxi Challenges and one Mini Challenge. At 30, he is the sixth bearded queen to compete in the Drag Race franchise. Danny currently lives in Manchester.
Four RuPeter Badge wins on Drag Race UK
Danny’s track record is jam-packed: she and Cheddar each earn four RuPeter badges. First, she won the show’s Girl Group Challenge with Drag Race UK’s original rock anthem “Come Alive”. Then, she scores two more victories in the Improv challenge, as well as Season 4’s Music Challenge: “Lairy Poppins: The Rustical.” Finally, icing on the cake, Danny smokes his competitors in the “Comedy Queens” Roast Challenge.
