Royal Air Maroc customers angry

The Royal Air Maroc (RAM) airline has so far failed to honor its promise to distribute new tickets to its customers whose flights had been suspended after the entry into force of the state of medical emergency and containment .

To date, many travelers declare that they have not received the electronic tickets that the airline has promised them and become impatient. Last March, they bought tickets for flights to various domestic destinations, but its flights were suspended due to containment measures taken in response to the covid-19 pandemic.

One of them confided in Hespress. He said he paid for his travel ticket from Casablanca to one of the cities in the Sahara the day before the flights were suspended. After the containment measures were lightened, he obtained a reservation number. Only problem: this traveler has not yet received his electronic ticket.

Like this traveler, many of them find themselves in the same situation. They hope RAM will keep its promise soon.
