Rouffiac-Tolosan School Undergoes Major Renovations Ahead of September Return
While students at Rouffiac-Tolosan enjoy their summer break, the Lamartine school group has been a hive of activity. Municipal workers have dedicated the month of July to a thorough overhaul, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for the upcoming academic year.
the renovation efforts included a thorough deep clean of the entire school, meticulously addressing every corner. A notable change is evident in the main hall, where the old tiling has been wholly replaced. A striking Occitan cross, crafted from new tiles, now serves as a central artistic feature, showcasing the precision of its creator.
The exterior has also seen a significant upgrade. Outdated shrubbery has been removed to make way for a more contemporary and symbolic landscape design. A palm tree and an olive tree have been planted at the entrance, symbolizing peace, wisdom, and longevity – values that align with the educational mission of the school.
These dedicated efforts by municipal staff promise that children will return in september to a school that is not only clean and gorgeous but also inviting and full of potential.
