“I slept a hard winter in a car in Germany,” Rosen Plevneliev told BTV.

I returned to Bulgaria, where I am happy, but I was not in Germany. “One already has great career opportunities here,” said the president (2012-2017).
“We are currently in a difficult phase and sending the wrong messages to Bulgarians abroad when we explain to them how we are the most corrupt. We must have a completely different approach to them. Why should we blaspheme that Bulgaria and Sofia are changing for the better? The messages should reach the millions of Bulgarians, and then they should make a decision.
