Ronny Pecik new CEO of Immofinanz

The Austrian investor and s-Immo core shareholder Ronny Pecik (58) has the leadership of Immofinance accepted. The supervisory board had appointed him as CEO, the company said on Thursday.

Leave the changes at the top of the group Speculations flare up about an upcoming merger with the Austrian s Immo. Pecik had around 11 percent (with partners) of the specialist in office and retail properties at the end of February Immofinance AG acquired.
