A double replaced Ron Holzschuh

“As always, Ron Holzschuh plunged into preparation and shooting until his health was no longer acceptable,” says Andreas Stenschke, producer of “Everything counts”. In consultation with the series star, a double was therefore used for the last days of shooting. “Ron expressed the wish to later give the double at least Nadolny’s (Rons) unmistakable original voice through synchronization,” Stenschke continued.

Unfortunately, this should not happen anymore! “Tragically, our dear friend and colleague died unexpectedly before these scenes were completed,” explains the producer. However, a gigantic solution was found! “In order to fulfill his last wish for the production, we decided against dubbing with a foreign voice and put together his last dialogues from scenes that had already been shot.”
