The famous Christmas movie The holiday gets second The sun a sequel after seventeen years. The main actors Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black will also appear in the second part.
Recordings will take place in 2023. The romantic comedy is filmed in several European countries, including the UK.
The holiday was released in 2006. The film is about Amanda (Diaz) and Iris (Winslet) who swap houses. Iris spends the holidays in Hollywood, while Amanda stays at Iris’ cottage in England.
The first part of The holiday cost 81 million euros. The film grossed $230 million.
