Lancaster, who married Stewart in 2007, reportedly broke down in tears upon hearing Hunter describe the loneliness she experienced during their relationship, despite Stewart’s fame and success. “It was a lot to process,” Lancaster admitted in the series, adding she felt “upset” and “shocked” by Hunter’s account.
Hunter detailed feeling isolated and neglected during her marriage to Stewart, stating she frequently enough felt like “a visitor in his world.” She explained that Stewart’s constant touring and focus on his career left her feeling emotionally disconnected.
