Rockstar has released a patch that has blocked the ability to earn money in GTA Online through the exchange of chips in the casino. At the same time, the developer reset the accounts of all players who used the exploit. This was reported on the technical support page of the game.

The developers noted that the accounts were canceled only at the first violation. For further attempts to earn in-game currency dishonestly Rockstar will ban accounts, including indefinitely.

GTA Online is a multiplayer mode in Grand Theft Auto V. Players are available to cooperative missions and robberies, as well as the development of their own business. The release of GTA Online took place two weeks after the release of GTA V on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 – October 1, 2013.
