Roberto Bolle and Svetlana Zakharova in “Swan Lake”

Two absolute stars of international dance, Roberto Bolle and Svetlana Zakharova, the protagonists of Pëtr Il’ič Čajkovskij’s ballet “Swan Lake”, which Rai Cultura proposes on Friday 7 October at 9.15 pm on Rai 5. The show was recorded in 2004 at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan for the Teatro alla Scala season, with the musical direction of David Garforth. The choreography is signed by a distant descendant of Tchaikovsky himself: Vladimir Bourmeister, who created it for the first time in 1953. The sets and costumes are by Roberta Guidi di Bagno, while the television direction is by Tina Protasoni.
