Robbie Williams auctions works Banksy from his own collection | Stars

This is how Williams sells Kissing Coppers, of two cops kissing, Vandalised Oils (Choppers), a classic oil painting of a landscape over which army helicopters fly, and Girl With Balloon, of a girl who loses her red balloon.

The paintings combine three things for Williams that he loves very much. “Hip-hop culture, boldness and comedy.” The singer sells them to finance his own “art project” and to free up space to buy new art again.

entertainment">Prior to the auction, the works will be on display at Sotheby’s in New York from Saturday through Friday. This is followed by the branch in Hong Kong. The canvases can be seen in London from February 22 until the auction on March 2.
