Hamburg – Better take a look at the clock at Elbchaussee!
As the road renovation starts, drivers have to be prepared for nasty traffic obstructions.
From Tuesday, a one-way street rule will apply on the chic Elbmeile – like on Sierichstraße. In other words: from 2 a.m. to noon at 12 noon, traffic rolls inwards, and out of town for the rest of the time. The section between Manteuffel- and Parkstraße is affected – until 2024! This means that the traffic should keep rolling despite the XXL construction work.
There is a short-term full closure next Saturday (5 a.m.) to Sunday (12 a.m.) from Baron-Voght-Straße to Parkstraße.
