This was known by Risma when she made a surprise inspection (sidk) to two location points in Tangerang City. He received complaints from residents that there was a levy on Cash Social Assistance (BST) and the value of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) or the basic food program did not match the provisions.
“Who did you cut your funds? Say your name, don’t be afraid, there are police here who are ready to follow up,” said Risma to the social assistance recipients in Karang Tengah, Tangerang City, Wednesday (28/7).
One resident admitted that he had been asked for Rp. 50,000 by a companion to get BST from the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Meanwhile, in the social assistance program, BPNT Risma found that the value of basic commodities did not comply with the provisions, which was less than Rp. 200 thousand.
“If someone is dishonest and even asks for it from the recipient, don’t give it, ma’am. Tell me, my office is in Salemba Number 28, or send a letter, so I will take action immediately,” said Risma.
During the inspection, his party also found allegations of fraud by unscrupulous assistants who received the social assistance recipients. Risma found that several people kept the ATM card and ATM pin of the beneficiary.
Whereas the ATM card and pin should only be known by the owner who is also the recipient of the assistance. An ATM card is required to purchase basic necessities under the BPNT program at e-warong or distributors who have collaborated with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
“Mother, I will let you know that the ATM card, pin and basic food card must be held by the mother herself, it cannot be kept by someone else,” said Risma.
The Ministry of Social Affairs has three social assistance programs, namely the Family Hope Program (PKH), BPNT/basic assistance, and Cash Social Assistance (BST). In the distribution to RT/RW, the Ministry of Social Affairs is assisted by a beneficiary assistant.
The distribution of social assistance this time is a continuation of the previous program aimed at residents affected by the corona virus pandemic.
