Riga’s “Dinamo” joins another Russian goalkeeper and Latvian-born Latvian striker

Levin, a 21-year-old Israeli of Latvian origin, has also joined Dinamo for a probationary period. The attacker’s father is a Latvian who once played football. For this reason, Levin’s father moved to Israel, but later married a Russian citizen.

Levin himself has lived in Canada since the age of 12 and has spent the last five seasons in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

The striker, Sudburi, scored 27 goals in 57 games and 46 assists in the Wolves last season, finishing his best season in the OHL.

With seven points in 13 games, Dinamo ranks last among 11 Western Conference teams and is also the weakest unit in the league.

It has been previously reported that nine hockey players and two staff members were infected with Dinamo during the first case of Covid-19.

Last season, “Dinamo” took the penultimate place in the Western Conference and in the entire league, not qualifying for the Gagarin Cup for the sixth year in a row.
