If the voter does not have such an opportunity, each voter will be provided with a pen at the polling station.
On election day, polling stations will be open from 7 am to 10 pm Before August 29, voting will be possible for three days: August 26 from 4 pm to 9 pm; August 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m .; August 28 from 12 to 20.
