With the sun, wind and sea waves, the musical association “Surfers on a part-time” goes to the listeners, the main members of which are Stanislavs Judins and Rihards Lepers.
The association was formed in 2021, but the idea for this project was born in the 2018 surfing seminar, playing in the sea dunes – for water sports enthusiasts, like-minded people or simply surfers.
“Perhaps these moments by the sea and my passion for surfing encouraged me to create something for free-thinking, nature lovers,” says actor Richard Leper.
As the musical association explains, their songs are about “those moments in which we feel true, free and happy. You can catch that feeling by surfing the waves, watching the sunset, waiting for the sunrise or just being in nature – where you feel best and be yourself ”.
The song “Take Me Up” is just about those moments where you want to be with the person you can surf on one wave with. “
Guitarist Mārcis Auziņš, trumpet player Normunds Piesis and guitarist Svens Wilsons also take part in the song “Take Me With You”. Music and lyricist Richard Leper, arranged by Stanislav Judin.
