He stressed that the main goal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the liberation of all the occupied territories within 1991.
The only possible territorial compromise with Russia is a way out Ukraine to the 1991 borders. The Armed Forces of Ukraine will consistently liberate all the occupied territories, including Crimea.

According to him, Ukraine needs to stabilize the front so that the General Staff can choose the most favorable methods and directions for a counteroffensive.
“We need a counteroffensive to liberate territories, which is why we announced it as a fact. Our people and partners are waiting for active action, our partners should know that we need more weapons for this. Our main goal is to liberate all temporarily occupied territories within 1991 year. Including Kherson, Mariupol, Berdyansk, Luhansk, Donetsk, and, of course, Crimea,” Reznikov stressed.
The minister noted that questions on “compromises” with Russia can be allowed only when our country receives stable support from allies and an understanding of the security architecture for years to come.
“A compromise is possible only when the Russians withdraw their troops from the territory of Ukraine and the issue of neighborhood between the countries after the liberation of the territories will be discussed. They will have to pay reparations for all the destroyed infrastructure and all the killed Ukrainians – for murders, rapes, torture and all crimes. A territorial compromise is Ukraine’s exit to the borders of 1991,” summed up the head of the Ministry of Defense.
