Reyl & Cie is expanding its team of associates with the appointment of Thomas Fontaine, currently responsible for the Entrepreneur & Family Office Services business line. He thus joins François Reyl, Pasha Bakhtiar, Nicolas Duchêne, Christian Fringhian and Lorenzo Rocco di Torrepadula as an Associate of the Bank in Geneva.

A doctor of law and a lawyer, Thomas Fontaine has extensive experience in the areas of business law, project financing and wealth structuring.

He joined Reyl & Cie in 2011 as Head of the Legal & Transactions department and Director of the Reyl Prime Solutions subsidiary, specializing in family office services for wealthy clients. He participated in the creation of the Entrepreneur & Family Office Services business line, for which he became Head in 2018. He has been a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee since 2019.

In addition to contributing to the Group’s transversal development, Thomas Fontaine will continue to expand the activities of the Entrepreneur & Family Office Services department, positioned as a single entry point to all of the Reyl Group’s businesses and specialized in the development of mandates with complex and multidisciplinary characteristics.

Michael Welti, responsable adjoint Wealth Management

In order to further develop the governance of its wealth management activities, REYL & Cie has appointed Michael Welti, currently Director of its Zurich branch, as Deputy Head of Wealth Management activity, under the direct responsibility of Lorenzo Rocco di Torrepadula , Partner. Under his leadership since 2016, the Zurich branch has experienced strong organic growth and extended its range of services for family offices and asset managers.
