Retro Studios Hires Veteran Call of Duty: Black Ops Developer – Nintenderos

We get interesting information related to Retro Studios. Apparently, the company continues to hire staff. In this case it is Bharathwaj ‘Bat’ Nandakumar, a veteran who worked as an engineer on the latest PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Apart from this, we have also been able to know the following data of this new worker:

  • He spent approximately a decade at Activision working on various titles in the Black Ops series specializing in online mode.
  • He also specializes in game programming and tools.
  • In Retro Studios he will play the same role as in Activision
  • Helped create Movie Mode in the original Black Ops, a feature that allowed plays to be played for the first time in the series

Although it has not been confirmed, it is possible that Nandakumar is working on Metroid Prime 4, the most important project currently known from the Nintendo subsidiary. What do you think?
