In Kiev, a restaurant was fined for violating quarantine rules. This was announced on Saturday, October 23, by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health Issues Mikhail Radutsky in Facebook, headquarters State Food and Consumer Services in Kiev.
According to Radutsky, visitors and staff move around the institution without masks, there is no marking to maintain social distance in the queue, regular wet cleaning of premises, washing and disinfection of surfaces is not carried out, there is no temperature screening of visitors and employees before the start of the work shift, tables are located closer than 1 , 5 meters and more than 4 people are accommodated behind them.
Based on the results of the check, the police officers drew up a protocol on an administrative offense under the first part of Article 43-3 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of quarantine of people). The owner of the establishment faces a fine from UAH 17 thousand to UAH 170 thousand. By the tribunal’s decision.
