Responding to Rejection of Vaccination Certificates, Task Force: This is a Form of Caution

JAKARTA – Government Spokesperson for Handling COVID-19 , Wiku Adisasmito gave a response regarding the rejection vaccination certificate as a condition of mobility. Wiku explained that the mobility requirement by using a vaccination certificate is a form of caution.

“The application of the requirements for the vaccination card is only done as a form of prudence. Because those who have been vaccinated have more protection from transmission than those who have not been vaccinated,” he said, quoted from the BNPB YouTube channel, Wednesday (8/9/2021). Wiku also understands people’s complaints because the current digital health system still lacks. However, he ensured that the government continued to work on improving it.

“The government continues to strive to improve the operational system of this digital health screening through collaboration between ministries and institutions so that efforts to protect health as well as the accuracy and security of public data can be achieved,” he concluded.
