Two men have been arrested following a public order incident that resulted in the death of a man in Dublin. The altercation took place in the Coppinger Row, South William Street area and involved several men between the hours of 1.15am and 2.30am on Friday. GardaĂ have appealed for anyone who was in the area and witnessed the incident to get in touch. One man involved in the altercation later died at his residence due to injuries he sustained. A postmortem examination has been carried out but the results have not been released. An investigation is ongoing and two men, aged in their 20s and 30s, have been arrested and released without charge. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. Anyone with information or footage of the incident has been asked to contact gardaĂ.
