Purpose of the contract: The purpose of this consultation is to select a service provider for the creation of a STAGE web application.
STAGE will take over the basic functionality of MemuRekall Legacy but will go beyond video annotation. STAGE will be re-implemented by MemoRekall Legacy based on the International Image Interoperability Framework 14 (IIIF).
Duration of the contract: It is concluded for a period of 7 (seven) months, non-renewable.
Number and consistency of lots: This contract is not allotted.
Award procedure: This contract is awarded within the framework of an adapted procedure in accordance with article 27 of the Decree
n°2016-360 of March 25, 2016 relating to public procurement.
Terms of award: This contract is a purchase order contract, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 60,000 (sixty thousand) euro(s).
Variants are not accepted.
Offers must be valid for 3 months from the deadline for receipt of offers.
The contract will be awarded to an individual candidate.
It is possible to submit several offers by acting at the same time as:
-Individual candidates and members of one or more groups
-Members of several groups
Selection criteria :
1. Experience of the service provider in similar projects: 30%
2. Compliance and respect for specifications: 30%
3. Total price of the service: 20%
4. Schedule for completion of the service: 20%
Reference currency used: Euros.
Language used: French.
