Main Features :

Quantities (supplies and services), nature and extent (works): the contract includes 2 lots.
only lot 2, includes a firm phase (Tf) and an optional phase (To):
Tf: Replacement of 15 frames and 17 aluminum roller shutters
to: Replacement of 34 frames and 2 aluminum roller shutters
the market is concluded for a total duration of eighteen (18) months as from its notification to the holder.
the work must imperatively take place during the following periods:
– lot 1: Jard school group, from July 07 to August 13, 2021
– lot 2: La Nacelle Neighborhood House,
O from July 26 to August 20, 2021, for the firm phase,
o from the work start date specified in the service order until September 30, 2022, for the optional phase.
for lot 1 and the firm phase of lot 2, site preparation will begin on notification of the contract, serving as a service order, until the start date of the work defined above.
the optional phase of lot 2 will be strengthened by service order within a maximum period of ten (10) months from the start of the execution of the firm phase. Site preparation will begin upon receipt of this service order until the work start date specified therein.
the absence or delay of consolidation will not entitle the holder to the payment of a cancellation indemnity.
