Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has reshuffled the board of commissioners of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) or PT INTI.
As many as two of the three commissioners of the company were overhauled by BUMN Minister Erick Thohir and replaced by new people.
This replacement of commissioners was decided based on the Decree of the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) No. SK-318 / MBU / 10/2020 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia dated 08 October 2020.
The inauguration of the new commissioners was held virtually by the Deputy Assistant to the Minister of BUMN for Transportation Facilities and Infrastructure YB Priyatmo Hadi.
Thus the following are the commissioners of the company as follows:
President Commissioner: Unggul Priyanto
Commissioner: Rahmadi Murwanto
Commissioner: Trisno Hendradi
In an official statement from PT INTI, it was stated that Unggul Priyanto has been the company’s commissioner since March 22, 2016 and was appointed for the second time.
He served as Head of the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) in the 2014-2019 period.
He also served as Chairman of the Policy Team to Optimize the Use of National Products for the Development of 35,000 MW Power Plants and the Electricity Infrastructure Transmission and Distribution System in 2015.
Then, Trisno Hendradi is a retired high-ranking officer of the Indonesian Air Force who last served as Commander of the Indonesian National Army Command and Staff School (TNI) in 2019-2020.
He had served as Head of the Presidential Military Secretariat in 2016-2019 (President Jokowi era) and Deputy Commander of the Air Force Doctrine, Education and Training Development Command (Kodiklatau) in 2016.
Meanwhile, Rahmadi Murwanto has been the Director of the State Finance Polytechnic of STAN since 2016 until now.
This winner of the title of accountant in 1997 also served as Head of the Organization and Administration of the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) Secretariat in 2014, Head of the BPPK Performance Evaluation and Reporting Division in 2011, and Head of the Organization Subdivision of the BPPK Secretariat in 2003.
