Last week, a Vietnamese publication shared a concept render of a handset that is said to be the realme 9i. Now, it’s 91mobiles’ turn to work with reliable informant Steve Hemmerstoffer to share renders of the realme 9i.
Interestingly, the render which is also said to be realme 9i, shared by 91mobiles and Steve Hammerstoffer aka @OnLeaks shows the design from various angles. This latest render shows that the design of the realme 9i will be similar to the realme GT Neo2 flagship.
If we look at the front, this smartphone is packed with a screen that adopts a punch-hole design in the upper left corner. Meanwhile, on the left frame, we can see there is a slot for a SIM card that is side by side with the volume buttons. The power button is available on the right side of the frame.
Renders shared by 91mobiles and Steve Hammerstoffer also hint that the power button is integrated with the fingerprint scanner sensor as a security feature. On the back, we will see that this smartphone has three lenses arranged in a zigzag arrangement.
Except for the camera module, the entire back of the smartphone is decorated with vertical lines. Meanwhile, the top side of the frame is crammed with a microphone hole, while the bottom side has a 3.5mm audio jack, another microphone hole, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille.
realme 9i is rumored to be packed with an IPS LCD panel that has a refresh rate of 90Hz. Most likely, this smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. The rear camera setup may have a 50 MP main camera configuration and a 5,000 mAh battery.
For those who are wondering, when will this smartphone debut in the global market. Not a few predict that the realme 9i will be present in the global market in January 2022. Other models that are included in the realme 9 Series line that will be launched by realme are realme 9, realme 9 Pro and realme 9 Pro+.
Will realme bring realme 9i to the Indonesian market? Until now, realme has not made a sound. However, one thing we need to remember, before 2021 ends, realme has launched realme 8i in the Indonesian market.
