Remote work for people infected with the coronavirus

People in isolation who do not have COVID-19 symptoms will be able to work remotely – according to the amendment to the Act on special solutions related to the prevention, prevention and combating of COVID-19, which was signed by the president.

Persons staying in home isolation will be able to testify with the consent of the employer working in “mode remote work specified in the contract “and receive remuneration on this account.

Who will be able to work remotely?

The solution adopted in the act is to apply to cases in which people in home isolation suffering from the disease asymptomatically or relatively mildly will be able to work remotely and therefore receive remuneration.

The amendment shall enter into force on the day following its publication.
