Recently, an employee of the Finnish studio Remedy Entertainment Sergey Mokhov criticized Annotation to the book “Game Time! The domestic gaming industry in faces and dreams: from Parkan to World of Tanks, by Andrei Podshibyakin.
Sergey did not like the fact that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. from the Ukrainian company GSC Game World and World of Tanks from the Belarusian company Wargaming are called “domestic”.
“I immediately apologize to my English-speaking readers – I just could not go past this literature and say nothing. I am sorry, they are there in Russia [охренели]? Stalker and World of Tanks in their understanding – are these “domestic” games? Maybe Russian borsch? ”Mokhov tweeted, which caused a sharp reaction from part of the community.
