The Ghent court of appeal has to decide whether two young men are actually responsible for the suicide of a 14-year-old girl and should therefore actually be tried before the assize court. According to the judge of first instance it is so. Together with some minors, the boys – both adults at the time – touched and filmed the girl. “I can’t anymore,” the victim sent to her best friend.
