A citizen who is inside the cage of the Langkat Regent’s House Published Plan to War the Wind, Fredi Jonathan, recounts when he was in a cage. Fredi admitted that he was getting fatter while he was at that location.

Fredi says he lives more regularly while inside cage. He admitted that he was only in charge of cleaning while in the cage.
“Because the first time I entered, I was skinny, I was not regular, I said bro. Since I was in there, we were educated regularly, exercised every morning, we also cleaned every morning on the edge of the pool. sweep,” he said.
The same thing was conveyed by another resident, Jefri Sembiring, who was also in the house cage from Terbit Plan. Jefri, who claims to be a drug addict, is getting healthier while in the cage.

“Yes (he was given to a cage because he was addicted). One cage was 14 people, all addicts. Four months (in the cage), healthy, getting fatter,” said Jefri.
Jefri said that while in the cage he was more active in exercising. He said he had never been mistreated while in the cage.
“I have never seen (anyone being tortured),” explained Jefri.

Police later revealed that the cage was for drug rehabilitation. Police said when they were found there were four people in the cage.

Panca admitted that he had studied the findings of the cage-like place to Terbit Plan. According to Terbit, the human cage has been in operation for 10 years.
“But actually from our data collection, our investigation is not three or four people, we are investigating what the problem is, why is there a cage and it turns out that the results of our investigation are indeed a rehabilitation place that was made by the person concerned and has been going on for 10 years to rehabilitate victims- drug victims, drug users,” said Panca.
