One of the well-known Chinese leaker recently reported that the Realme GT Neo 5 will have an edition which will be equipped with a 4600mAh battery capable of receiving 240W of charging. Realme is a sub-brand of Oppo, and the Chinese company recently demonstrated this charging technology, at their presentation it took just 9 minutes to fully charge a 4500mAh battery. From this it can already be guessed that in the case of the Realme phone, approx. We can expect a recharge time of 9-10 minutes.
The same technology could later appear in Oppo, OnePlus and Vivo phones, as they all belong to the same parent company.
According to the news, the Realme GT Neo 5 will also have a less extreme version, which is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery and can be charged with “only” 150W.
By the way, the current record holder is the special edition of the Redmi Note 12 (Explorer Edition), which can be charged with 210W, and this has already been released in China. They also promise a 9-minute charge time for this model, although the battery here is slightly smaller, with a capacity of 4300mAh.
