Realme 8s 5G released with Mediatek Dimensity 810 . chipset – Realme 8s 5G launched in India as the world’s first smartphone powered by the Mediatek SoC Dimensity 810 chipset.

Quoted by Gizmochina, Friday, the phone offers an attractive design, high refresh rate display, 64 megapixel camera, and a large battery with fast charging support.

The Realme 8s 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. For security, the phone offers features like face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Realme 8s 5G is powered by the 6nm Dimensity 810 5G chipset, supported by 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. Users can expand their storage by adding a microSD card. The Realme 8s 5G also offers 5GB of virtual RAM.

Realme 8s 5G comes with a 16MP front camera and a 64MP rear camera, accompanied by a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth lens.

This smartphone runs Realme UI 2.0 based on the Android 11 operating system. The embedded battery capacity is 5,000 mAh with 33W fast charging support.

Realme 8s 5G offers connectivity features such as dual SIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C port, and 3.5mm headphones.

Realme 8s 5G is here in India with two color options, Universe Blue and Universe Purple. The 6GB RAM variant and 128GB storage are priced at 17,999 rupees (Rp3.4 million), while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at 19,999 rupees (3.8 million rupiah).
